New from San Diego

New to the rhino scene. Been on a TRX450R for a while but as they say, with age comes a cage so it was time to hand my ATV down to my son and step up to the rhino.

I sold my son's Z400 and parted out my sand rail project that was never going to be completed and bought a '07 with 75 hours 476 miles on it from a good buddy of mine.

My plans are to ditch the 14" wheels and get some 12" to replace them. Get rid of the cage and rear seats and build a bed delete with a 48" 3 position rear seat. I already have 2 PRP front seats and a PRP rear bench will be here next weekend.

All my other mods will take a while. I spent every penny of play money I had to get this thing and I couldn't be happier.

Welcome 2 Rhinotalk Don. Congrats on the Rhino purchase! I also ride a YFZ450 but I can get rid of it! Its like having kids I love my Rhino & my quad!

thanks for the welcome. I was afraid I would miss my 450r so I gave it to my son to keep it in my camp and sold his. Whenever I had the use of a UTV my quad just sat at camp. I figure If i get the ATV itch again later they can be had for cheap nowadays

Yeah thats anothers reason why I did not sell my quad cause I would partically have to give it away in this economy! and I am the first owner (I baby it!). F#@k it I got the pink in hand. But there are some killer deals out there!
