05 rhino rear differential broke
I have an 05 yamaha rhino and i just bought it from a dealer used it was there shop one to move the jet skies around and what not. Anyways i took it out for the first time and drove it for like 5miles and maybe 2 hours and when i went ot go park it i noticed the rear axel boot ripped so i pulled it in the shop and to come to find out THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL COMPLETELY SHEERD OUT OF THE FRAME the tube in the front broke in half and the rear mounts just sheerd off. IS THIS COMMON? The dealer has it now they said they have a call into yamaha to see if its gunna be warranted but has anyone seen this happend and had it covered by the dealer or manufacture?

yea idk they said the owner has a call into yamaha and waiting for a response and there trying to get yamaha to warranty it soo will see. i cant complain i got the unit for $2,710 and it had $2,800 in after market and they want like $7,800 for it and i got it for $5,500.
It has full pro armor skid and warn 4,000lbs winch and half doors and 25 itp tire and itp wheels and roof and windshield so it was a good deal just waiting and hoping they will cover it otherwise i will get pissed
They should even though i signed as is. I also signed as is they vehicle is in safe and running condition and i only got one chance to ride it wtf.....

sounds like a ride now dealer don't it? ya hate to break it to you but it looks like they screwed you, dont think that would be a factory defect,or a warrantable item especially on an 05. not trying to be an ass just tellin ya the truth, but you never know they just might do it , out here in the west even if you buy the expensive ass extended warranty they will tell you to suck a fat one on items that are know factory issues...
