Worth it? - one last time, promise!
I know I've pestered you all enough about what things are worth, etc. as far as my golfie goes. It seems I don't just have a tire kicker this time though. He's coming out to my house tomorrow with a 2004 Honda 400EX in tow ready to trade me if we like what each other see.
I've dropped the price of my golfie considerably ($3250) and I looked up the 400EX on kbb.com and it says $3000 retail and $2000 trade-in. It's got a few upgrades (white bros. exhaust is the biggest one) others are only cosmetic.
The only advantage I'm seeing in a trade at this point is the fact that he has a title to the quad and that might help me sell it faster (and the fact that it's a quad). What do you all think?

well if it gives you a warm fuzzy then go for it, are your kids old enough to put around the compound on it?? they are fun as hell..not really knowing your cart i would go for it, but i know you put alot of work into it, and yeah maybe a little better market for the quad, and it would be a fun ride to take to the dunes as well..

In this crap economy that quad MIGHT be worth 2k. I have a buddy with a 68hp banshee that will do the whoops at 80mph (no bs either) and he can't get $3500 for it. And it's badass! I say hold

I would think if your going to try to sell it the Golf cart has a much bigger market, river people, dune people, people that live near golf courses, gated community's,etc just seems like the golf cart would go faster then an old quad would & for more money ....
