Something like years of unclaimed insurance. Try taking a corner with a trailer tied to that and watch the axle slide right out the side....

what kinda trailer we talkion about, i towed my 28' footer on my old psd with 10" lift and 38 it actually towed very nice, 44 might be a little much , are the wheels load rated for heavy weight? my 38 toyos were E rated and the rims were rated for the weight too. if you do tow make sure all items wheels, suspension, brakes ect, ar able and rated, or you will leave yourself wide fuckin open on the liabilty factor "if" something ever went wrong, god forbid.. will it be able to handle and react the way max powers and his truck did just recently??? or will you be more of a liabilty to yourself and other drivers in the same situation just to look good?

again, it may tow ok on flat surface, but in this sue happy world, i wint risk everything I have worked my ass off for to lose it if i run someone over because i cant stop or dump it on its side. good luck with it though.

Dorian is right, Why open yourself up to the liability? Any tire larger than stock would be a green light for the blood sucking lawyers and tires that big will give them hard ons for sure!

That's the key...will you be able to handle the unexpected?

I can pull twice my tow rating with my Cummins...but that doesn't mean that I should. Nor does it mean I'll have a safety margin if I need to slam on my brakes.
