Engine Overheat
Is this a common problem with the Rhino. I posted a thread just yesterday 7/1 about a problem I am experiencing while out trail riding in the heat. I stated that it only happened once and wouldn't you know it last night I let the boys go out on the trails and they were riding on the dirt hills (slow moving, lots of load) and the engine overtemp light came on and the fan was not running. He turned the key off and on several times and the fan came on and the temperature light went out. Is this common or do you think I have a sensor or relay issue. I figured if anyone would know it would be you guys.

sounds like your water temp sender is going bad, or you have air in the system and need to bleed it out.

on the waterneck where the hose comes out of the top of the engine, there is a little bleeder screw, open it up, fill radiator until water comes out, tighten up, warm rhino up with rad cap off adding water as necessary, once you see the water moving nice and radiator is full, put cap back on.
I usually jack the front end up a little to ensure all air is out while I do this.
