Lil Foot I can't find the circuit breaker. I think it may be bad according to your description. The boys called me today and the temp switch was at 240 and the fan would run for about 30 sec and off 30 sec. My service manual mentions how to test it, lists it in the wiring diagram but the cable routing doesn't mention it anywhere. Also noticed that my thermo switch 3 is slightly leaking on the plastic contact end. Maybe I should replace the whole wiring harness LOL.

Here's a link to Black Rhino's installation instructions for their PWR Radiator.... it shows where the breaker is, but on the '06 and newer models, it is located in the battery box behind the battery. (never knew there was a difference)
Hope this helps.

On the 06-07 its located inside the battery box. When standing on the passenger side of the UTV open the battery compartment and it is located in the wiring harness on the driver side of the battery compartment. It is a 2 wire (bullet spaids) circuit breaker with a black mesh insulator incased in a clear plastic shield. On the older utv's its located in the wiring harness next to the steering column right behind the dash. Hope this help.
