Default Starter problem

Sometime when i pull the choke all the way and try to crank up th engine it seem to be stuck,i try couple time same thing then i release the choke and it turn over.It do that all the time for the last couple days when it's cold.
It's an 08 manual choke 700cc always started good just start to do that lately. I like to have some opinion to what to check in order to solve the problem.Thanks

When you say "Stuck" you mean it will not turn over? Or stuck meaning it cranks but wont fire? Little more info would help I think...the choke mech. shouldnt have any effect on the engine turning over
