This is a discussion on Paint it yourself? within the Yamaha Rhino Exterior Discussions forums, part of the The Garage category; I was thinking about sanding down my camo plastics and painting them with a flat black. Anybody have any input?

I was thinking about sanding down my camo plastics and painting them with a flat black. Anybody have any input?

I would trade someone for some crappy looking ones so you don't waste the Camos. You can get more for Camos than standard colors

Good Idea, people are always trying to dump their new stock stuff on Craigs List. Plus my Camos are scratched up and prob wouldnt look too good anyway.

yeah i believe the camo is a sticker anyways, and you want to bond to the plastic.. Gabe has a set of new greens for real cheap.

As far as i was told, the camo holds paint better because the dull finish...

Krylon hints There you go! I can't offer any advice on what plastics to paint though camo vs colored.
