If I understand you you want to relocate the air dut that feeds air to the CVT? Youc an do it, but I wouldnt trap it int he engine compartment. If what your saying is you are going to run it to a vented/mesh opening then you should be good!

The duct that exits in the front of the motor is the CVT exhaust. It is originally ducted to the rear of the engine to cool the header area. If you removed all of the bodywork and such in this area, there should be sufficient air flow back there so you can get rid of the long duct that goes over the motor.

the hole center consol and engine bay will be open so air will be ducted in the front and out the back all down the middle with scoops on the top of the engine cover as well like idealers rhino marty did his center consol as well

Most all that have a dry clutch, do not have a CVT cover, no issues.

Opening up the whole front end is a good idea, especially if there is no radiator up there, otherwise all the radiator heat will be blown by the motor and intake.

Cupholders in that console would be easy. Just slice off some aluminum tube and weld one end shut. Drop it in a cutout. I keep thinking I would like to do something like this with a fan built into it
