660 compression rates

what kind of difference will a 11:1 or 12:1 piston make over a 10:1?

is it enough to justify having to run race gas?

with my current cdi i will need race gas for anything over 10:1

a new programable cdi isn't in the budget right now

also who can or where can i get the best price on a cp piston ( you can pm me for this)

I'm stayin neutral here, but you DID report kyle's post to admins.
that might work at rf, but not here, not even if johnny asked me to remove
kyle's post would I do it.that is on principal alone.

What CDI are you running? Also check the Wellers for your pistion can't remember what I paid for mine but it was a really fair price.

For starters I would recomend a new cdi first since those procoms are junk. to many issues with them.

2nd place is the first loser!!

Were a whole lot faster than you think you are.

Go with a Dyna no pinging with mine, as far as the piston goes good luck on the search

You want a +2 Max CDI for the 11:1 Piston. There are a few out there. One for sure is the Hunterworks. I cant remember who the other one is. Maybe Moose? (custom tuned Dynatek model).

I would shy away from Procomm too. I would wait to do the piston until you can get a suitable CDI to go with it, and then I would go with the 11:1 unless you are racing. I use a 11:1 CP with +0 timing and 91. No detonation.
