Cam.
Dyno tune.
25-inch tires. Those Bighorns are close to 27 inches if they have near-new tread depth.

cant get rid of the bed(have no place 4 beer). just wanted 2 get an idea if these mods were up 2 par. didnt know if that black rhino cdi was a good box. at about 51mph on my speedo it acted like the rev limiter kicked in again. also was wandern about rpms and if the motor would last with these mods.remember im a hillbilly redneck and we give em hell.

The sheave will make a huge difference. It will let you run up to probably 55 mph, and will cruise at 50 at a lower RPM.
26" bighorns are very tall, and very heavy. But IMO, they work so good in the desert, they are worth it. I run 26x9R12s at all 4 corners on my race rhino.

you can get the sheave the cheapest at unleashedutv.com or utvcrap.com
they are really all the same, so price would be the thing to look for.

I believe we are still the least exspenive sheave on the market at $169.00 with a $65.00 core return. We sell the siphon breaks a a great price also.
