Just replaced my KMS sheave with a stock 660 sheave and used the hunter works dry weights and sliders. Has anyone did any testing with this system?
I was running 4 - 12 gram and 4 - 14 gram weights with the KMS sheave, blue spring 686 kit had a slight shift at 48 topped out at 58. With the new setup running stock sheave 8 - 14 gram dry weights with dry sliders and so far it seems to be pulling hard all the way to 61 no shift.

Pro Shop 686 motor build, dynatec cdi, Ron woods exhaust, Ron woods intake,
45 Hcr carb, Hunter works weights, stock 686 sheave, stock 700 cam plate, blue spring.
Using 25 inch tires. Also the dry weights are 14 grams which would be the same weight as the 12 gram weights with plastic covers. The covers weigh 2 grams.
