Rhino Starting Issue
I recently puchased a 2004 Rhino 660 with about 800 hours on it. I've owned a Mule for several years, but the Rhino is completely new to me. I've noticed that many times when I engage the starter, nothing happend for a second or so, then the engine begins to turn. If I tough the gas pedal while it is cranking, the engine abruptly stops turning.
Is this normal, or might I have some kind of problem?
BTW, I'm in my early 70s and use my Rhino mostly to get around on the farm. Sometings, I have to travel 1/2 mile on a paved road. On my machine, it seems like the read differential is locked making it difficult to turn, especially in reverse.
I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced these issues.
