I would guess thats the weak link. Stock Rhinos are hard to keep together..and thats with 30 HP

R1

Yes it is a Darkside machine. Chain has made it almost a two seasons before needing replaced. It has been lots of fun, but the axles have been giving me a lot of problems. I blow CV's almost every trip (they are not stock). We took off the 2" spacers and added straps on the back. This may be the fix that offers a full season without major axle issues. It is amazing that everything else pretty much stays together with the power that Darkside is able to provide in these machines. The R1 engine is flawless. I have friends with Sand cars, Quads, dirt bike and most of them have had at least a couple of breakdowns every season at the dunes. The nice thing about this Conversion is that repairs have been inexpensive compared to my friends with Sand cars. Darkside has been honest and they have gone out of their way to make my repairs as painless as possible.
