Hello from Ky

Hello all,
Found this site searching through the net. Reason being, I'm in the market for a UTV and the Rhino is the one I'm going for. Duly because the lady that owns the local dealer is a good friend of mine and she's giving me a killer deal.

This is mainly for my wife and Daughter to cruise around on. My daughter races mx on her 65 but isn't really into riding the hard trails on a 2 stroke. My wife isn't a big fan of her quad anymore after a little rollover. And My son and I will ride the KX's.

I know everyone says, If you get one, Get the 700. But she has a leftover 450 that I can get for about $7850.

My son races MX as well and we'll use it at the big tracks to get around the pits.

Is the 450 Ok for just that or should I kick in the extra 2k for EFI and more power?
I'm not worried about having all the power n the world. If I need it, I'll turbo it. Just wondering if there's any on-going issues with these.

For those who Youtube my kids are on my channel, 21NSapper.

if power is not a thing for you go for it ...no matter what you get put a cage on it to make it safe its the only thing i could say it was the first thing i did for my wife . before she drove it

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE FASTER

BUT ONLY A FEW CAN FLY

Hey good to see some more Moto peeps out there. I agree with Turbo, a true cage is the way to go. Got to stay away from that bolted together stuff.

Welcome from Dragonfire Racing.

P.S. the most fun I had ever had in a UTV was in a 450 Rhino, I can't tell you why but trust me they are a lot of fun and can take a beating!

Any Rhino is totally fun, You will want one of your own after your wife takes that one and won't give it back lol

Then you get yourself the real deal and hide your wallet

Thanks for the welcome and info. This is just something for her to play on other than her car. She drag races occasionally when she feels the need for a hit of nitrous. But I can build her a cage since you guys say the stock isn't good. A friend down the street build cages for race cars so he can help me out.

So if this will suffice for her, then I'm all for it.

Well, I was going to post a pic of her car but I need 10 posts. Oh well, I'll get there soon enough.

BTW, what's the sheave do? I see it as a mod.
