Progressive cancelled policy

When Progressive understood upgrades, they cancelled policy. Upgrades are for safety. They are: turn signals, horn, whip, hard top, front and back windows.

Progressive sold policy on July 2, and cancelled it on July 3.

Progressive recognized that the modifications are to make the Rhino 700 SE
be street-safe. City of Red Wing will issue registration for street driving,
with certain reservations such as 20 mph speed limit and exclusion from a
rectangular downtown street area.

ok im just trying to wrap my head around this... You have progressive SxS insurance and they canceled it because you want to make the rig street legal? and once you make it street legal they have a bunch of regulations as to how fast and where you can drive? or is the 20mph thing a Red Wing City thing?

Either way, pretty lame... They are gonna make money off you anyways, insurance is such a crock. Don't get me wrong, insurance has saved my ass a few times, but to quote Chris Rock, it should be called "In Case Shit Happens". Where is my check for the money i gave you and shit didn't happen?
