You wasted your money on the clutch kit, go to hunterworks.com and buy the machined primary shive, greaseless 18 gram roller weights and fixed plate sliders. You watch Todd's videos on installation on his web site. This primary shive will give you more low end and more top end, I think you went to big on your tires I would not go any bigger than 26. The bigger the tire and the more it weighs the slower your top end. I have a 2011 700 with uni air filter, ignition box,hunterworks primary shive,with 18 gram rollers and greaseless sliders, and muzzy exhaust,and 26 inch big horns tires. Mine will come out of the hole strong and top out at 58 mile an hour. If I can be of any help just pm me.
