Hello community

I own a 2006 Yamaha 450 Rhino.I would like to step up to the 660 engine. Is it possible to switch out engine blocks utilizing the same transmission? Merry Christmas,Jim

Welcome Jim!

and i donít for sure if you can. well i think you could get a 660 engine and transmission. keep the same transmission i really donít think so but idk. but if i was you i and was going to put a bigger Engine in i would go with a 700! we have the 700 and LOVE it! allot of power. and they are not as loud as the 660ís i have got are 700 up to 42MPH with 2 people on it. heck if you could find an 800 that would be even better. i donít see a need for anything bigger. but than agin i ride in wide open places. like sand or anything. woods and mud is wear i ride.

people that ride sand put 1í000 cc sport bike engines in them.
