Welcome and congrats on the new purchase. I too just bought a Rhino. A friend if mine was selling it so we bought it from someone reliable. Looking to do an engine swap soon, so if you are aware of any new swaps send them my way. Welcome again.

With a good sheave and clutch kit and apreformance fuel pump and a good CID box you will be running close to a stock Polaris 500 they run about 60

I have 28 tip tires on my rhino with out lift mine is a2007 sport with a sheave performance clutch kit and a hi volume fuel pump and a 50 caliber CID box it does about 58 miles an hour with out problems yet I did try a 2 inch lift but took it off as it started tearing up the upper rear cv boots since I removed the lift kit I have been trouble free for 18 months now And I'm in the mud and roots in south east lousiana in the swamps and marshes all the time with out getting stuck it handles it's self quite well hope this helps you
