Exhaust running hot???

Just completed a top end job on my Rhino 660 (2007). I noticed the exhaust pipes and muffler have taken on a bluish color not noticed before. Temperature of the straight section pipe just before it turns into the muffler is reading 500+F just after a fast run for 10 min. Am I running too lean?
Took out the plug and it is a brown color. The top end job was bored to .5 mm oversize with new piston and rings.

Any comments/ suggestions.
