Thanks a bunch MRPAT920! I printed it off just now here at home. Now I have research the CV boot replacement.......
Since I plan on keeping this machine for a while, this manual should prove to be invaluable. By the way, that's a nice looking quad you have as an avatar. Yours?

Thanks. It's blocked at work. I'll have to wait until I get home. So is the 08 similar enough to the 06 for the manual to be helpful/correct?

    Hi Mrpat920!
I saw in one of your threads that you an 08 service manual that you were going to post. I have an 06 that i just bought used - of course. I changed all fluids and filters and took her out. ran great, except i had the wrong pre air filter (dry)- too dense. anyway i have the oem filter in now. everything looked great when i bought it, now have a cracked/broken cv boot. right rear inner. i bought a couple of after market boots - not fast boot - from O'Reilly. I need to pull the axle from the rear diff. is there a retaining clip inside the diff or should it just pull out? So, the questions are: 1) do you have an 06 service manual? 2) is there a clip inside the diff? 3) the boots i got at OReilly are probably wrong size, huh? for a car no doubt? Thanks in advance for any help
