Kawasaki Teryx Long Travel System
In continuing the expansion of our UTV applications, were proud to introduce the all new Long Travel Suspension for the Kawasaki Teryx.
Designed as a complete system, including front and rear upper and lower control arms, extended length tie rods, stainless braided brake lines, heavy duty replacement axle shafts and the heart of the system, Dirt Logic 2.0 Coilovers with remote reservoirs.
The front upper and lower control arms are constructed from 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates. Control arms pivot at the frame with Delrin bushings while the front arms attach to the spindles with 3/4 teflon lined chromoly heim ends. The rear arms attach to the spindles via OE bushings. The system increases wheel travel to a useable 13 for aggressive offroad driving. Trac width is increased by 5 per side with the wheelbase extended 4 longer than stock. Extended length tie rods feature 1/2 Teflon lined rod ends for secure mounting to the front spindles. Heavy duty 4340 heat treated axle shafts with a CV boot clamp kit are included for a complete installation.
The Dirt Logic 2.0 Coilovers are engineered and built specifically for this Long Travel Teryx system. Extensive ride work has been performed to dial in proper shock valving assuring slow speed comfort for the trails and around camp with aggressive high speed damping for open terrain.
All components included in this system are finished in a neutral
gunmetal gray powdercoat.
