It has a screw on the thumb throttle that governs it....
I think it also has a plug that you can plug in somewhere and it limits it to 15 mph.... I never used it so I cant make any promises on that one. I have the manual so you could figure it out.

2003 Polaris Predator 90
2003 Polaris Predator 90..... My kids have gotten too big for it so I just upgraded to some Honda 250's. This is a great quad for the kids because they do not have to shift gears. It has a brake and a throttle. It has electric start and it is oil injected so no need to mix the gas. It was just used around our house It still has the original tires. As you can see it has not been used very much. It has a red sticker that is good until 2010. My son hit the back of another quad when putting it up in the garage and broke out the fake plastic headlights. It has normal wear and tear with some scratches. It has been a great quad for the kids. The only thing that I have had to do is put a new battery in it about a year ago....... $1,000.00 obo.
