Heard of Pro Built sand rails?

A guy called me up today wanting to trade his Pro Built sand rail with a V-8 for my golf cart...
I've never heard of Pro Built. Any of you?

Pics of Rail, if it is not a hack job, i would trade for it. Could always find a jeep or Yota to put the motor in if all else fails

He called me up and sounded all serious about it on the phone. Said he was going to send me some pics last night. Haven't heard back from him since. Must not be too serious.
He did say to check out a craigslist ad and there was one just like his - only difference was the one on craigslist has a 4cyl.
Here's the craigslist ad:

Yea, and most of them cars were meant to have VW so the chances of a GOOD v8 install are slim... Worth looking into though... id get some pics!
