I went to the Baja 1000

Here is what I took at RM145:









Good times always, thanks for all the concern about my safety down there, but really, never an issue! Congrats to all those who brave the Baja and manage to finish!!!!!

Those guys on the motorcycle with the side-car look like they will be a little sore at the end of that....

I stayed in Yuma Thursday night...drove to Mexicali Friday morning and was back in Yuma around 9:30PM (1+ hours to cross the border, should have driven to Algadones)...you should have gone! Make plans for next year 11/19-11/22

yupper!!!! there was some poor bastard on a motorcycle that was right in the middle of the 4 wheel vehicles, dude was going to be eating dirt for 500 miles!!!

LOL 1+ hours!!!! Did you take the main crossing that drops in down town or, the new East Port crossing???

The downtown one...after I was trapped in line I thought about the other crossing that come out on CA7!!!! We stayed a little later than others who said it was 1.5-2 hour wait...I did get a good deal on a Jesus painting while waiting!

LOL, I just made that same damn mistake like three weeks ago 1.5 hours. I tried to go to the other one, but before i knew it was trapped in border cross hell. They need to add a turn off so if you accidently get in that line you dont have to wait. My personal favorate was the guy walking around panhandling with the a hospital size piss bag haning off his belt.
