My dad told us stories of softball size hail when he was a kid in Texas. It would crush car roofs down to the seats.

that shits crazy.. Ive seen golf ball size a few times, cracked my homies windshield in several places in one storm(luckily we were attending a mandatory SAFETY meeting so no one was harmed)...craziest weather thing Ive seen is.. snow in July in Ut. almost 90* the day before then snow...didnt stick to the ground but that shit was comin down for almost a hour.

Crazy, I have seen golf ball sized, never softball sized though. I imagine the insurance companies are quite busy with claims!
