Viper Winches

Great question. We are just joining this forum to answer questions about our products.Viper is a brand of MotoAlliance. Viper Winches are high quality and will work great on a Rhino. Any specific concerns? Let me know.
Thank you,

My dad has had several now over the past few years. They seem to be fine as long as they arent in water. We ride some creeks and they seem to fail the first time they are wet.

On a good note......the customer service he recieved has been excellent.

I purchased a 2000 lbs for my quad. It worked great the first time but after it got wet it was trash. The plastic bushings on the roller drum kept breaking also. I put it in the trash!!

flcj7,
That sounds pretty frustrating. Did you check on our warranty on this? We have rarely heard of these type of issues. Please send me a PM and we can discuss.

Thank you for the feedback.

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to jump in with Tim on the boards and introduce myself as the CEO of Motoalliance. I'm disappointed to hear the feedback about water....we've made our winches watertight and I can't tell you how often our riders keep their winches submerged without issue. We've got a huge clientele in LA that ride in the harshest conditions without any issue at all.

But that doesn't help you.....so do give some feedback to Tim about exactly how you ride and what was going on with water. If there is an issue in production, we will address it ASAP. We don't screw around with quality in our company....if you need a winch, it had better work when you need it.

Have a good night. Enjoy your Rhinos! Great machines.

Peter. CEO. WOW!!!! and then come and chat on our forum, impressive !!! OR are you guys selling out of the trunk of a car Tim is in the back seat and the CEO. is driving.LOL.LOL.Peter I apologies that was the first thing that popped in to my head.I purchased a 4000lb. viper winch from your company,I had a few start up problems Kent and tim were very helpful my winch is on and ready for action. It is starting to turn to winter here now so the winch wont get used till spring when I go north to our bear camp when I do need to use it it will be wet and if it docent work I will be walking or waiting a long time.I have no reason to not believe it will work and do what I bought it for. Peter, Tim and this forum will be the first to know how the Viper performed .
