I believe it is a north phoenix Rhino

That is a total scam. Do a Craigslist search and it shows up all over the country. Originally that same Rhino was for sale here in Phoenix for $13500. Looks like someone is using the pics to scam some money.

I was trying to find an example of the e mail they will send you if you show interest. Basically, they will tell you they want to use eBay to make the payment...the e mail looks very convincing, but it is all a scam.

I just recently had a similar ordeal on a craigslist ad. Lady claimed to be a resident of Idaho but was on a trip with UNICEF supposedly. After doing some research the Rhino was actually located in Alabama somewhere at a storage facility, but was registered under someone else's name. Then I received emails from her for an ebay motors sale because she claimed it was safer that way. Tried to get her to call me and I would send her a bank check for $2500 but she never called me. A friend of mine contacted her via email also, and got the same responses I did and she wouldn't call him either.

Exactly. Seems like these online auction and ad sites are full of scams. I don't buy anything online anymore at all. I'll pay the price and go to a dealer for a vehicle. Sure, I might do some research online to compare prices between dealers or stores for merchandise but I won't buy online. Too many close calls for me.
