Toy Hauler Battery Charging questions

This may be a stupid question but I had to ask...
So I just installed a power tongue jack to the battery and was wondering what charges the battery? Is there a charging system or do I need to charge the batt occasionally? I have an 03 Thor Tahoe with a built in generator so I was wondering if I needed pack along a charger just in case.

Thanks guys.

What charges the t/h battery? if thats what ur askin... its the generator, or if you have it plugged in to 120v the converter will charge it or your tow vehicle.

If I understand your question correctly... The generator charges it, it charges when you plug your trailer into a 110 outlet and it charges when it is hooked up to your tow vehicle...

or you can remove your battery out of the truck, and connect it to the trailer and lower the jack with it, if you ever loose the generator and have a dead trailer battery.

Or plug your trailer into your truck and let it run for a while....

All good answers. You can also add solar panels. I go out on trips and dont even have to fire up the generator. Unless the microwave or A/C are needed.

Dirt flies when your having fun!
