Looking for a generator

My buddy just bought an 18' Weekend Warrior.
It's really a nice unit. He got it used because it's been licensed but the plastic is still around the fuel nozzle, it still smells brand new inside and it looks like a "billet edition" with all the grey, red, and black.
Anyway. It's top of the line, but it doesn't have a generator. It has the little rack up front to put one down up there.

Anyone have any good idea for what brand generator to put up there? I've got a nice 5kw, but it's an old Briggs and loud as hell...

Anyone have one for sale maybe?

There is one call Klipshe or something that is pretty quiet and not to spendy. If he wants cheap go to Pep Boys or Checker

Hapa- ''When I checked into my motel, I said to the lady at the desk:

"I hope the porn channel in my room is disabled."

"No," she said, "it's just regular porn, you sick bastard."

He's not really looking for cheap. He's looking for good name brand but highly affordable. LOL.

I told him to just go grab a 3kw from Lowes or Home Depot. They're only around $650. But he wants a Yamaha Quiet over 4kw.

I just found a Coleman generator and it's advertised as being Yamaha powered.

Truth to this?

yea, I was second guessing the 3500kw. That Coleman I found was a 7000Kw peak and 5700kw constant. It would be a good deal for him.

BigJim, I will install it for him and run the remote start up to his control panel.
