How about getting EFI live and take that damn thing off. I think PPE might have a programmer that could do the same thing.

2006 Turbo Rhintax. Magnum offroad longtravel kit, Prp seats, full homemade cage with 4 7" Kragen HID's on the lightbar.

Truck runs great. I add Stanadyne on each fill up. I would remove it but I payed extra for the 75000 bumper to bumper and don't want to void it. Plus everyone I know that has removed it and added a tune gets either check engine lights or goes into limp mode for no reason or both.

Even with EFI live? I thought I had read on the dieselplace that people with efi live run fine without the DPF. Guess I might have read wrong.

Sorry Joey... 3rd Chevy and still no problems. These trucks have been great to me. This new Duramax tows like a SOB and rides like a Caddy.
