I have a billet one and no problems. I overfilled mine by accident last weekend before we left and not a drop in the toy hauler.

If you look really hard at the reflection you can see a goofy Rigid employee. Mines Black.

My billet does the same freakin thing. Then I made a gasket out of rtv and does not leak but starting to fall apart. Need to find something better.

I found one on one of my rides, a stocker, so I picked it up. Tried to fit it on my Rhino, but couldn't. I know that the stockers are sometimes hard to thread right. After I screw it on, I try to lift the edge. If it's not right, it pops right off.
Not sure if I still have it, but if I do, and you want it, it's yours. No guarantees as to quality and fit, and I cannot be held responsible if it doesn't fit. All liability to said gas cap lies with the recipiant. No warranty is implied or given.

I could show you, but then I would have to kill you.

The line must be drawn here! This far, no further! And I will make them pay for what they've done!

You need to use a gasket maker that doesn't dissolve with gasoline, silicone and rtv both dissolve. Run a clean bead around the inside of the cap and let it cure before you put it on.

"I hope the porn channel in my room is disabled."

"No," she said, "it's just regular porn, you sick bastard."
