I think we park off Wild Wash road and ride to SLash X on two wheelers. It is a nice place to ride with a destination and lunch and beer. Lots of Rocks that will fuck up pretty a-arms like mine.
We live in Johnson Valley near Boone Rd Orv Trail and there is all types of terrain to ride and plenty of primitive camping area. Some of the members have been here and I guess they like it. The Green Mojaves haven't been a problem for us but they can be ! I think we are midway between I15 and I10.
Anybody ride around Calico, I have been there for Halloween Haunt the weekend prior to Halloween, but did not have a Rhino, I will be there this year, and plan on bringing the Rhino. A couple of buddires have jeeps.
I camp off 247 by SlashX and ride over to Soggy Dry Lake and the small dunes. Round trip is about 80 to 90 miles depending on side trails that we take. It makes for a fun day.
We went on a night ride out there a couple of weeks ago and tried out the new HID's, what a fun night that was. Woke up that morning and took a ride before the heat set in. Didn't see any snakes.
When is this Saturday night rhino thing? Did I miss the thread?
