Tribal Whips top notch customer service

I just wanted to share some great customer service I got from Tribal whips.

To make a long story short, The whip broke at the base of the antenna while riding out in Ocotillo wells thru a violent whoop section. Being bummed out about it I decided I would contact Tribal, via email when I got home the next day explaining what happpened. The next morning I got a response from Russel Annis with an apology about any inconvenience that It may have caused and asked me to call him as soon as possible. I called him that night about 8pm and again explained what happened. He was very courteous and polite and asked me a couple of questions about the whip{ as this has not ever happened on their newer whip design } and said I would have a new one in the mail in a couple of days, even asked me if I wanted a different color and if I wanted the four foot whip or the six foot whip. All I had to do was send him back the old broken one after I got my new one, so they can make sure this does not happen again.

Now that is customer service !!. I will be a Tribal whip customer for life because of this experience. And if any of you are looking for a great whip with outstanding customer support, look no further than Tribal.

Dale from alpine has said they are commited to servicing the customer. We all know live wire whips are very good. However when I went to purchase 2 of them the live wires with bases were going to be almost double the price. Again with the base. So from a money stand point I chose the tribal whips. If they last 5 years I figure that will be great...however I have a live wire camp marker because they have the controller.

I went through the same thing, my whip just quit working. I got a second one. Had it for a few trips and it stopped working at well. Are these things that fragile?

I still haven't sent back the 6" section of the first one that they requested because I've been so aggravated.
