Yup thats the ticket ,

I run 5 Vision X 6" HIDs and 2 stock break lights and that is the limit for the stock system . " 1 night back at band camp " I tryed to run with all that and my stock head light and at 130 in the am it died and I was about 5 miles from camp. That was Badtimes.

Put it on a trickle charger over night and it will be as good as new. That's what we do with ours. Running 4 Baja Design, 1200w stereo, etc.

The alternator must be bad, it should be pushing way more amps than you were using.

Second that... I would start with checking the alternator output voltage. it may have a bad regulator.

we checked the change in voltage while at a higher rpm the altenator seemed to be working we jumped the rhino this morning and she ran great again.... We will just have to keep it close at night till we get back and see what the problem is. Things slot of fun though! The ground up build was worth it! It needs a clutch I can get it up to 50 with the stock clutch high flow intake, duel exhaust, cdi. Is the dinner clutch kit a big differance? Top speed and low end pull?

With that altenator kit you shouldn't have any trouble charging that battery... my buddies altenator puts out around 14 volts.

Not a big differance... but it will help some on the bottom end... if you want more power for that stock motor (assuming its stock)... the Ron Woods Kit and a dry clutch is what will give it to you...

ya I know and I really don't understand it... We really don't have that much to be powered, 5 35w hellas, 5 LEDs, gps, intercom, and the race radio that we aren't even running... No stock lights.

I guess I should get a voltage gauge so I can monitor it better
