where is the best place to install ? where do the head phones plug in at the face of the intercom unit?? or is there a remote jack??

The glove Box...

Plugs into the rear of the Intercom.

i mounted mine in the dash. thaty way i can easily adjust the volume.

remote cords from the back of the unit and run them next to your belts, so they are easy to plug in for your headset

the back of the intercom has all the plugs. i ran the cords under the center console and then behind the seats. it worked out really well. i did order the 16' cables so i would have eneough to lean forward and look around. the 9' were a bit to short the way i routed them.

Great set-up ! I have this unit in my rhino with the h-23 headsets. What kind of price can you get on these headsets also 16 foot cable ? Great deal tho
