2009 rhino

hi everone i have a reverse safety switch keep going bad i get up to about 28mph and it shuts down and the reverse light comes on let it slow down a little light goes out and than it picks right back up. any ideals? this makes the third switch

Check the green wire with the white stripe under the dash.... they are notorius for being loose on the older models....
