Sure Power Battery Isolator Help

Hey, guys. I just picked up an '06 660 for a smoking deal last week. The only problem is that the guy I bought it from let the guy that he repossessed it from pull out his stereo, aux battery, and LED light bar before giving it back. Needless to say, the guy pulling out his equipment didn't exactly do a nice job of removing the wires.

On the upside, he did leave me with the isolator and a battery tray that fits in the frame opening under the hood. I haven't purchased an aux battery yet, but that is coming soon. Also, everything electrical stock-wise is perfect, so that is good.

Now I am trying to hook up the Sure Power Battery Isolator (P/N 9523A) so I can run my HIDs and LEDs. I hope to eventually add a stereo too. I am using these instructions grampianowners.com/Links/Battery_Isolator_Inst.pdf (copy and paste. I don't have 10 posts yet) but I am still confused.

Can you help? What wire goes to "A"? Right now it is tapped from the red wire coming from the rectifier/regulator. Wire connects to "E"? The blue/black wire coming off the ignition switch?

Thanks!
