800 can am swap advice

OK, I am about to start pulling everything apart. I finally got my mounts and tank and stuff from Desert Dog. Is there anything that those of you that have already made the swap would do differently?? I would love to have any recommendations that you did or wished you would have done so that I can possibly implement them in my swap. I will do the same once I get mine in.

Thanks!
John

reinforce the bottom of the rhino where you put the engine mounts.
Mine is twisting the metal of the original rhino frame. If you can mount it straight instead of at an angle, you'll be alot better off.

Already got the shaft. I also picked up an industrial bottle/jug of Loctite! I would love to have a turbo.....but I dont think it would work in the mountainous terrain we ride in...all slow speed rock crawling with an occasional blast down a fire road.

You can do the loctite but I would rather be safe than sorry you have to split the diff cases anyway,as for the turbo I drive the same places you do you can cruise around at slow speed to,it's not just for wide open dunes.

The front diff,,,the bolts that hold the ring gear on.

Are you splitting it just to safety wire your bolts or do you have to do it to connect the drivelines?
