Rotax vs. R1

I am new to the engine swap game. What is the main difference between the two (rotax vs. R1). Who will do it for me...I don't think I can handle the swap myself?

rotax is a more all around vehicle can still make it a 4 seater, user friendly, the R1 is more of a specialty ride for the dunes, you can run them in the desert and rocks, but it will be more of a challenge, you have to keep the r1 in the power band higher RPM's not much for trail crusin.

you need to decide what your overall direction for your rhino will be and make your descion based on that.

i have a rotax and would not change a thing about it, but i would also love an r1 for the power and wheelie factor in the dunes, it just did not make sense for me to go that way since i trail ride 5-25 mph alot in the utah mountains in the summer.

You are a fucking annoying troll... do you insist on going to every SxS site to dig up old posts to tell everyone how your birdshit weld, halfassed setup is superior to a chain drive FnR?

He's dug up threads on all of the sites bashing others' builds because they used chain drive saying its "junk" and thinks that his top secret unit is the only way to do things.....

IMO the box was a great idea, but definately not superior to a chain drive setup as he insists....
