Unhappy Dead Rotax

Last month I was just cruzin around Parker Az and I started to hear a noise coming out of my intake sounding like exhaust and felt like it was running on one Cylinder. Well I got it home and started troubleshooting it and check to see if I had compression using a cheap gauge and found I had 175psi in both cylinders. I was kinda of stumped on that one because it felt and sound like I had lost an intake valve. But it would pop my finger out and felt like compression was good. So I check spark and fuel also good. After that I gave up and called the Pro Shop to bring it in. Started it back up to let it idle, to load on the trailer like I have in the past and the Intake Valve finally decide to drop out and I found my problem the Hard way. I tear into it today and here's the damage.

It should be under warranty. Both of mine are still under the 3 year warranty.
