Well today I said "fuck it" and called MRRPM and ordered the 975 kit. I went 12:1 on compression. My rhino is now awaiting installation of the STM clutch Gen2 cams and BB cylinders.

Which STM set up are you going with rage 8? Or 6 I like the deck tops on the cylinder something he should have done on his 912 IMO are you going with the secondary too? Def plan on upgrading the cooling system if you haven't stock outlander or even pwr won't cut it. What year motor you putting n new timing chains and guides while your at it? I had the 12:1 on my 840 had the 912 made at 11:1 to help run cooler And hopefully longevity

I am running the Rage 8 and STM secondary. PWR radiator which is for sale by the way. I am waiting to see how Brians new TCP cools. If it doesn't hold up I will contact Frank aka badassfab up in Lodi for one of his radiators(modified scirocco). I asked [email protected] what he though about 12:1 and he thought that would be fine. I also still have the stock 07 timing chain in it, when I open it up what should I look for?

Bad ass set up whT are you going to do for tune? I used the pc5 with auto works decent for what I can figure out.
I am still running stock clutches can't wait t try the STM gear
When you pull your valve covers look at your upper chain guides if they are getting chewed up by the chains or not and see how much you have left on the adjusters if the are getting chewed up then you need new chains if not all good I believe

Thanks for that info. Motor has less than 200 miles on it and maybe 70hrs. I have a PC5 also and am contemplating buying the autotune. With your experience I can assume the PWR needs to go and to start looking into the TCP rotax swap radiator. Thanks for sharing your info, it wiill save me some time and heartache later. Will keep posting my results as this project continues.
