660 in place of a 450?

I bought a used rhino with a blown up 450. I haven't had much luck finding a used motor but have found a few 660 motors. How hard would it be to fix that inplace of the old one? Thanks Aaron .

I'm in the same boat have you found out anything as far as how hard it is to switch to a 660, and what all need to be changed?

I too have a 450 and looked into an engine swap. After costing it out. It was way to expensive. I was better off selling what I have and upgrading to a bigger engined Rhino. I elected to drive mine for a few years. Then upgrade.

From what I have priced , if you have a motor as bad as mine and have to replace everything its almost cheaper to find a 660 grizzly whole and use the motor and carb. The drive shaft I have yet to figure the cost.
Aaron.

One other thing that discouraged me was I was told the transmission was not compatable with the 660.
