Upholstery Question

Im getting my rhino back pretty soon and I had a bed delete done and a bed cover built...i want to upholster it to quiet down the exhaust noise a little. is there a good spray adhesive thats strong enough to stick the vinyl to the metal?

And is vinyl the best thing to use or is there something better that will block out a little more noise?
