Lil help. Won't start.

Pulled the air filter for cleaning. Put it back on and now it won't start. It turns over normal, just won't get going. I took the engine cover back off, put my hand over the intake tube and it started for a couple seconds.....I am confused. Any suggestions?

If its been sitting for a while the fuel pump will lose its prime, I have to crank the shit out of mine if it sits longer than 2 weeks. Putting the choke on helps

Last weekend. Ran and started fine. Just about out of juice now. Can I use my jumper on this little battery?
