Fuel Tank

Ok so i know it's normal for your gas tank to have the drips and ooze puss outta the seam, but when is it time to start worring about the seams, i cleaned enough of this crap off my garage and toy hauler floor, to where i am thinking there can't be anymore left. has anyone had to swap tanks because of it yet??
