Trail Tech

I wanted to let you guys know about my experience with Trail Tech....

I just bought 2 of the Trail Tech MR16 HID Lights that BRP had on clearance. I already have 2 but I decided to get 2 more since it was such a great price. They came with the 1.5" bar clamp mount. I wanted to mount them to my front bumper and that is 1.75". I wanted to use the post mount style. I called Trail Tech and told them I just bought some lights on clearance and I needed to get the post mounts. She was very polite and knowledgable. I got 2 post mounts, 2 of the saddles (part on the light to hold the post) and she offered them to me at half price. I told her I got the lights on clearance and I was fully aware of what I was getting. She still said half price. Then I told her that I lost the 2 rubber covers on my old lights so while I was ordering I would like a set of those. She threw those in for free. Then I told her I wanted them before the weekend so send them 2 day select via UPS. Shipping came to $20.00. She told me she doesnt like to see shipping cost more than the order so she split the shipping with me..... I was very impressed. I did not expect this as when I bought the lights I knew what I was getting. I talked to her about the warranty on the lights and she told me if I have any problems to give them a call and they will give me an RMA number. They have a lifetime warranty on the ballast. I was very impressed with their service. I have heard a few people ding them about their lights. So far my first 2 are working great and I am very impressed with their customer service.
