Question Best tires for the sand?

Im wondering what the best tire setup is for the sand. Do most of you guys run smooth tires on the front wheels or the ones with a ridge or mohawk down the middle. Whats the difference performance wise? I will be riding mostly at Glamis.

Guys he knows that paddles are good ...I think hes asking if a front buff is better than a front mohawk....thats a good question... is a buff better than a mohawk on front and why?

I run front buffs w/ my paddles but what about the mohawk? pretty sure thats the setup stetler went to this year...

Y I would like to know about the mohawks also. Seems like they were avaliable when at first now they are hard to find. SO who is running mohawks on the front?
