Seat Lowering Base Drawing

Lets see if this will work... If you need the original send me a PM with your email address. It is a PDF File and I will send you a copy. My brother made this for me before any of the vendors sold them. I know several people that made their own and they work great. This is for stock seats.

FYI the 08's are different then 07 and older. they added some different bolts and braces. Not a huge differnece but there is a difference.

the 08 design will work in all models thou.

I am 6.4" and was wanting to put a new cage on and most new cages look better when they are a couple inches lower. Does lowering the seats help that much? If so can you send me the drawing.

you will get an inch in the front of the seat and about a half of an inch in the rear. not much of a lowering deal. a seat drop is the only way to get your seat low but then you have to move the steering too; depending on how far the seats are droped.

I think the main design of them it to allow true suspension seats to travel and not bottom out on the base- thus the reason for the hole in the middle of them.
