Fuel Filter

Where is it? Looking in manual & can't find it. Want to change the filter.

I could show you, but then I would have to kill you.

The line must be drawn here! This far, no further! And I will make them pay for what they've done!

Behind the passenger seat near the fuel pump. Its in a difficult spot. I added some fuel line and made it easier to get to.

My buddy did the same to mine . Moves it a little lower behind the seat and actually gives you room to work.

Ain't that the truth. Was up at Winchester Bay this past week and on the first day the damn thing shut down on me in the middle of the dunes. finally limped it back to camp after starting it like 15 times, and checked the fuel filter, absolutely clogged with plastic from the tank. Went into Reedsport to the Napa and got a filter for a 5/16" hose. It was a little big but made it work. But I did notice my fuel mileage drop a bit, LOL.

2006 Turbo Rhintax. Magnum offroad longtravel kit, Prp seats, full homemade cage with 4 7" Kragen HID's on the lightbar.

Whatever filter you go with, make sure it is the same size as stock. Some filters are larger which require more fuel to fill, and it will kill your fuel mileage.

What's the interval change on the fuel filter? Is per miles or engine hours?
